At Earth Angels we are committed to ensuring your angel arrives quickly and is packed with great care; however there may be times when there is a need for a refund or repair.

The following explains our returns and repair policy, however, if you need further advice please send your questions to catherine@earthangelsinsedona.com

Angel arrived damaged- In the unfortunate event that your angel has arrived damaged you must contact us within 4 days of delivery date via our email at catherine@earthangelsinsedona.com Please include a photograph of the damaged angel for our reference.

Once your request has been logged we will contact you with your next steps. Please do not return until we have provided you with instructions.

Changed Your Mind- Earth Angels will accept returns in the unlikely event you change your mind as long as a request to return is received within 3 days of delivery and returned in its original condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once return is received and accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. We will notify by email after this has been completed.
